官网充值的价格与游戏内一致。在“充值”分类下,购买对应的档位,将同步游戏内的机制,赠送相应数量的灵玉,例如:在官网充值50灵玉档位,将同步游戏内机制赠送10灵玉,实际到手60灵玉。

3官网充值活动可以计入游戏内充值活动吗?
购买“充值”分类下的商品可计入充值活动,计入的部分与游戏内对应的档位相同,网充额外赠送的部分不计入游戏内充值活动。
例如:在官网充值1000灵玉档位,将同步游戏机制赠送250灵玉,网充额外加赠50灵玉,实际到手1300灵玉。其中同步游戏内获得的1250灵玉可计入充值活动,网充赠送的50灵玉不计入充值活动。

5购买成功后,奖励是怎样发放的?
在“充值”分类下购买的灵玉,将直接到账至您的灵玉总额中。
在“礼包”分类下购买的月卡等商品,在购买后将直接激活权益,如商品中包含灵玉或其他游戏道具,也将直接到账至总额中或解锁。
我们强烈建议您在官网下单前,记录自己已有的各道具数量,以便确认是否正确收到充值奖励。
6为什么购买成功后,奖励没有到账?

2Is the price on this page the same as the in-game price? Are there any exclusive discounts on this page?
The price on this page is the same as the in-game price.
When you purchase items under the category "Top-up", you can get the same amount of extra Jades corresponding to the in-game mechanism.
For example, if you top up 50 Jades on this site, you'll get extra 10 Jades synchronized with the in-game mechanism. The actual amount of Jade you receive in total will be 60 Jades.
For some of the items, there is a web exclusive offer available. For more details, check out the items with a "Web Bonus" label.
3Can official web top-up be eligible for in-game Total Purchase events?
Purchasing items under the category "Top-up" is eligible for in-game Total Purchase events, and the amount counted is the same as the amount in-game, while the web bonus portion will not be counted.
For example: If you top up 1,000 jades on this site, you'll get extra 250 Jades synchronized with the in-game mechanism, plus a web bonus of 50 Jades, so the actual amount you get will be 1,300 jades. Among them, 1,250 Jades can be counted in Total Purchase events, while the 50 Jades for web bonus will not be counted.
4I have a problem with my web top-up record.

5How will the rewards be delivered to my in-game character after the purchase?
Jades purchased under "Top-up" category will be directly credited to your total amount of Jade.
Monthly card or other merchandises purchased under "Packs" category will be activated directly after your purchase, and if the merchandise contains Jades or other in-game items, they will be credited directly to your in-game total amount.
We strongly recommend that you keep a record of the current amount of Jades or other items you own before placing an order on this site, so that after the purchase it will be convenient for you to check whether you receive the rewards properly.
6Why didn't I receive the rewards after the purchase?
There may be a delay of the reward delivery when you purchase from the official top-up page. Please be patient and wait for 15 minutes. If you haven't received your rewards for a long time, please contact our customer service: fswqg_service@friendtimes.net.
